Principal responsibility for managing the BU’s demand management processes, revenue commit alignment, and overall alignment of the manufacturing plan as the key partner in achieving inventory assurance and on time delivery Leading the site Planners, they are accountable for material availability and costing to effectively meet both the customer’s needs and our internal supply chain metrics. Success in the role includes a positive, proactive approach to daily work along with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated Planners in the site.
• Manages and Optimizes Demand Management and Planning Processes for the BU.
• Report & drive key performance metrics as required.
• Liaise between the BU Manager & Program teams on demand management.
• Responsible for the customer forecast analysis, what if scenarios, planned forecast load and planned commit for revenue.
• Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) and CTP (Clear to Plan) utilization.

• Responsible for the development and implementation of production control functions including Master
• Scheduling, Production Planning/Coordination, Shop Scheduling, Order Management functions for a multi stage PCBA device manufacturing facility
• Daily OPS and weekly production meeting established with entire engineering and OPS team to track PvA and improved OTD from 70% up to 95 %
• Monitors Production Plan Vs Actual, sub assembly WIP, manufacturing cycle time, order fulfillment lead time, On Time Delivery in Full (OTIF), Aged WIP / Work Orders and ensure set targets are achieved
• Improved Plan vs Actual went from 72% up to 95% | Aged WIP decreased from 30 DOS up to 5 DOS
• Utilizes and interprets various forecast, inventory, capacity, Bill of material, production process, and quality data to prepares production plans
• S&OP implemented for CISCO, NTK, TE connectivity customers in order to claim E&O´s, capacity increases, freights, expedites, etc
• Ability to present production plans in Cross Functional Team (CFT) and other customer / management review meetings
• Key metric / meeting implemented to achieved improvement on PvA and OTD
• Ensures the timely delivery of materials at the most economical cost, consistent with quality standards, affecting quality by assuring that suspicious material is identified, and that material is handled, stored and delivered properly
• Responsible for defining/implementing agility improvement initiatives which may include VMI programs enabling shorter lead-times, ability to responds to un-forecasted demand while improving inventory turns
• ITO´s improvement from 3 up to 5.6 ITO´s
• EOL (end of life) mitigation and coordination with Business Units to ensure minimum cost and business interruption
• TE connectivity E&O decrease from 5.2 M usd up to 1.5M usd claimed to customer with the proper waterfalls analysis | CISCO E&O decrease from 12.2 M usd up to 6.5M usd
• Experience with product launch and ability to navigate evolving team, work practices and systems integration
• Successful new product introduction and transfer from Asia CM´s (Celstica and Foxconn) to Flex Guad three main CISCO BU´s, helping to increase revenue from 100M up to 150M USD

• Utilizes and interprets various forecast, inventory, capacity, Bill of material, production process, and quality data to prepares production plans
• Approves work order quantities, build schedules and monitors parts list provided to the warehouse to ensure timely material delivery to various work centers
• Lead project team to deploy factory scheduling.

• Responsible for working with the materials and planning teams in order to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime
• Analyze Forecast from Customers in order to drive materials accordingly to customer needs
• (Forecast comparison from month to month)
• E&O mitigation (Inventory control /projection and claims to the customer)
• Analyzing, quoting BOM’s, NPI’s, ECO impacts
• Load of Demand, MRP validation, shortage reports, E&O reports, Forecast analysis, Production Plan,
• NPI´s, Inventory on hand, ECO´s etc
• Verification of available capacity and material and managing assigned kanban replenishment signals
• Make Production Plan and coordinates daily with the Production Supervisors of the assigned work centers to validate or modify the production schedule and to resolve issues affecting schedule adherence and customer service level performance.
