hello, i worked in a food company where my position was MECHANIC , these are some of the machines that we worked on and repaired in my time for that company, but if there is a machine that i do not know , i am also open to learning , below is a list of machines and the things that we did to them so that everything worked as it should ;

SPEEDSEAL TRAY PACKAGING ; we gave this machine weekly maintenance which consisted of cleaning rollers, changing blades, checking that it works at the right temperature, sometimes it was necessary to change the heat plate ,that it has the right plastic, the rubbers were changed wherever they broke and greasing whatever was necessary.

CONVEYORS ; we assembled them , changed the controls where the speed is regulated ( if these were broken ) and if the belt broke we repaired it, we put the part that the belt needed.

MIXERS ( to mix the sauces ) ; were maintained and anything that needed it we would change it or repair the part .

AUTOMATIC PACKING MACHINE FOR SAUCE ( the sauce bags were made ) ; it was maintained and the machine was regulated according to the sauce that was going to be worked on. Once a week, the blades and sponges were maintened and we check that the compressor was working well to give the machine enought power to do its job .

ROBOT COUPE ; sauce mixing machine , i changed the blades and the parts inside the machines , and i maintained them weekly .

FORK LIFT ; once a week we would perform maintenance on the fork lift, we would check the water in the batteries , we would put new grease on them , and if there was a need to change a wheel or a pressure hose we would change them as well .

SKINNER MACHINE ( this machine removed the skin from the salmon ) ; its blades were changed , the sensors were maintained , and when the belts became misaligned or broke we changed them .

VACUUM SEALER ; we programmed this machine depending on how it was needed and what product it was going to pack , we maintained the rubber bands and the resistance that made the bag seal .

FOOD TRAY SEALER MACHINE ; we changed the blades every time hey started to give problems, we also programmed them and changed the rubbers where the plates are put in .

IF THERE WAS NEED TO PUT A PIECE OF CONCRETE , WE DID IT , WE ALSO CHANGED OR PUT WATER HOSES , LAMPS OR LIGHTS WHERE THERE WERE NONE , WE DID IT , WE ALSO DID DRY WALL WORK SINCE WE MADE NEW ROOMS IN THE COMPANY , AND WE ALSO PAINTED THE COMPANY INSIDE AND OUT. WE GENERALLY PERFOMED WEEKLY MAINTENANCE ON ALL MACHINES TO PREVENT PROBLEMS WHILE PRODUCTION WAS IN PROGRESS.
