Playing basketball, exercising and reading.
Growing up I have always been involved in team sports as my parent's taught me the benefits of physical activity and socializing early on. Playing basketball is one of my favourtie hobbies as it allows me to socialize with my peers while also being active and engaging in physical activity. In recent years I have also began to exercise at my local gym as I understand that daily physical exercise can improve our overall wellbeing. When I am taking a break I usually find myself enjoying reading, in particular I enjoy reading non-fictional books.
