  • Phat Beets Produce, Oakland, CA, 2012 - 2014, Developed and facilitated curriculum on environmental science for youth from the Children's Hospital.
  • Multinational Exchange for Sustainable Agriculture, Berkeley, CA, 2012 - 2013, Coordinated and led meetings with Oakland residents to assess food system literacy. Designed and developed curricula on 'The Food System' and 'Food Justice' for inner-city youth and adults.
