I have had experience in many different fields that being working with the youth along with appealing and selling to older generations of parents. I have entailed and learned skills that connect with youth development, managing and working through a sport of basketball when it comes to training and scorekeeping kids. Such skills of leading a business and marketing it through my own growing source of pickleball. And finally being able to sell a product/items to all kinds of people at a trampoline park while enforcing safety among the youth. I like challenges within approaches to new training and adapt well to new environments that I feel I can succeed in.
I founded a pickleball recreational league which I ran in my hometown of Fullerton with my friends. As it was for the community as a whole who would come out to my tournaments or open plays. It brought the community together and was beneficial since it helped me connect with others and made them engaged in our community. I would run buy in tournaments, market my league on Instagram @fullerton.pickleball
At this job, I would score basketball games for a recreational league of kids from kindergarten to 8th grade. I was in charge of the court and had to keep the coaches in check to make sure they did not break any rules. I am also a trainer for this organization in which I train kindergarten-8th graders in sessions teaching them the fundamentals and leading them to become better basketball players. I voluntarily refereed the younger kids' games for this basketball league too.
