Duties Responsibilities
Carry out inspection of work areas and report any discrepancies and address to concerned supervisor for immediate rectification.
Conduct all accident/ incident investigations and analyze circumstances, provide corrective measures to prevent recurrence, and identify trends for management review.
Prepare injury/ damage to property reports, maintain required record keeping system and provide adequate documentation on occupational activities.
Attended HSE coordination meeting, subcontractor kick -off meetings, client progress meeting, HSE forums, Senior Leadership Tours and external audits.
Develop, update and implement site safety programs, policies, awards, motivation and recognition scheme programs.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the superior.
