  • Operate and maintained the Bark Boiler(90T/hr) black liquor boiler(200T/hr) and Evaporation Systems to run the turbine at 60 MW
  • To oversee water production for boilers and ensure that the quality of its production is in spec. Also monitor the cooling tower water chemistry
  • Ensured optimal performance of boilers, turbine, pumps, evaporators, heat exchangers, compressors, water treatment plant equipments( sandfilter, RO unit, MMF, EDI etc) and generator through routine inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Handle the water treatment plant, boiler units, and evaporators with the HMI panel, Delta v (DCS), and other tools.
  • Followed tight safety standards, including lockout/tagout techniques, issue fire permits and environmental regulations, encouraged a safe workplace, and adhered with boiler and evaporation operating guidelines.
  • Worked in coordination with engineers, technicians, and maintenance professionals to resolve mechanical or technical issues, Also carry out preventive maintenance for the system and equipment.
  • Upheld a culture of safety and quality by maintaining an up-to-date understanding of relevant industry standards and certifications.
  • Oversaw start-up, operations and shutdown procedures.
