Make sure all separators are running efficiently and producing good cream/emulsion; that way, we are able to maximize yield on the oil recovery once the cream is processed into oil.
Having a general idea of what speed the production line is running to ensure the right amount of water is being sent to each extractor also plays a big role; that’s way the peel won’t be too dry or too wet once going through oil finishers.
Also, being able to catch faulty machinery to avoid yield loss is key.
