My primary goal as an engineer specializing in renewable energies is to promote sustainable development. With a work experience of over five years in the energy industry, I have honed my skills in project and site management, as well as technical knowledge. I have been involved in projects from 5 MW to 400 MW, which has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
My expertise in projects and cross-functional collaboration ensures that solar projects are completed within the stipulated timelines, budgets, and with the highest standards of quality and safety. I possess a proactive and analytical mindset, which helps me to identify and resolve issues effectively during initial phases and project execution. I strongly believe in fostering a culture of collaboration and learning, where every team member can grow and develop.
I am always looking to develop myself both professionally and personally, and I am excited to contribute to the success of a company that values people, innovation and sustainability.
