• Lead 50+ group and individual tours of the university campus to prospective students, their family members, and guidance counselors, and supervise in-person student recruitment events such as Fall Campus Day and March Showcase Open House.

• Improve tour guests' experience by creating notes that include personal stories related to student and academic services and adjust tour routes to make them 10 minutes shorter. This helped increase university applications by 20%.

• Managed stock of construction materials that entered and left my assigned warehouse, evaluated staff and travel expenses, and wages for overtime shifts so that they didn’t exceed 90% of the monthly budget spent. This contributed to the company hitting 120% of its sales target for that quarter.

• Developed Excel spreadsheets to better keep track of the huge volumes of construction materials that left the warehouse every month. This led to a 15% increase in the company’s inventory turnover.
