-Provide medical standby at a variety of events at Spruce Meadows and surrounding equestrian/polo facilities.

-Provide medical standby at all Calvary soccer games.

-Rapid response and prompt treatment for athletes, spectators, and the general public.

-Strong delegation, crowd control, communication, and the ability to diffuse stressful situations at this facility is paramount, as optics is the top priority.

-Participated in MCP review and development

-Conducted peer reviews of EPCR's; with the goal of ensuring consistent practice and patient care in the EMS profession.

-Collaborated with fellow paramedics, both in QPS and the frontline, as well as a few of our online physicians, to introduce a new product to all frontline staff, the neonatal BVM.

-Had the opportunity to be a part of the EMS research team while pregnant with my first child.

-Inputted data from all cardiac arrests during specific time frames for the CanROC study.

-Contributed to the EMS "White Paper". This involved reading and abstracting key information and conclusions from various research articles, highlighting particular findings, with the goal of progressing our proffesion.

-Worked as an ACP at the APU/CSS, downtown Calgary

-Initial assessments and mental health screenings for all arrestees entering the facility.

-Provided emergency care and treatment to arrestee's being held in cells at the arrest processing unit.

-Would manage serious medical emergencies without any other practitioners present.

-Fostered a strong working relationship with the officers working at the facility.

-Participated in exam days with pharmacy students. Acted as a healthcare professional in scenario's during pharmacy student testing.

-Conducted all initial assessments, history taking, vitals, and 12 lead.

-Analyzed and interpreted numerous 12 leads during those two years of causal employment.

-Provided emergency treatments in cases of acute cardiac events that occurred in the clinic and during stress tests.
