  • Developed and delivered comprehensive communication plans for enterprise transformation from a Kinder Morgan subsidiary to a stand-alone, Canadian-owned corporation. This included the introduction of over 15 new applications, from D365 to Enablon, and from ServiceNow to the Totara Learning Management System. This work has transitioned to focus on new systems being introduced in support of Line 2 in-service preparations, including VISTA, OceanSMART, and LExCS.
  • Collaborating with leaders and teams across the organization, including IT, Cyber Security, Training, Regulatory, Operations, Edmonton Control Centre, Westridge Marine and Burnaby Terminals, Finance, Indigenous Relations, Human Resources, and Business Readiness to deliver ongoing strategic communication solutions in support of departmental initiatives.
  • Writing, planning, producing and delivering content across multiple channels, including the Manifold, Mainline, email, blogs and social media. This also includes writing and editing materials for articles, speeches, presentations, webinars, and reports, as well as producing photographic and video content, and publishing printed materials.
