Lead implementation and managed Service activity streams related to various business areas of Banking as well as Expertise such as Migration, Integrations, Gap Analysis, Customizations, Testing support and coordination with various stakeholders.

• Lead all phases of each implementation project from, but not limited to analysis, design, build, testing, and others.
• Leading migration process and execution.

• Prepare and perform the configuration of the system and its testing.
• Supervise and support User Acceptance Test.
• Review client organization, processes and workflows and propose of a ‘post-picture’ to maximize the benefit from the product.
• Mentored junior consultants, providing guidance and support for professional development.
• Make recommendations on best banking practices to the Project Manager and alert him on practices that might damage the client’s business or contradict legal requirements, before recognition as a problem by the client.
• Involved in resources definition, budgeting and planning for projects.
• Create verification plans and review with all parties involved in implementation.
