People & Team Leadership
- Directly manage a 30-person technical team, conducting 1:1s, performance management, merit cycles, and promotions.
- Built high-visibility growth frameworks focused on voice, visibility, and technical advancement.
- Partner closely with HRBP and Studio EIC on performance, staffing, and org planning.
Production & Show Support:
- Primary point of contact for Vancouver show leadership regarding support, scheduling, and production targets.
- Maintain alignment between show needs and studio-wide technical priorities.
- Manage overhead budget and ensure efficient resource allocation across shows.
- Stakeholder Communication & Operations:
- Author weekly production synopses summarizing billing, triage trends, and work-in-progress.
- Validate production urgency and prevent derailment of existing commitments through structured prioritization.
- Run weekly standup, backlog reviews and manage internal show ticket triage alongside senior team members, including proper issue classification, data integrity and communication.
- Facilitate communication and workflow alignment between global ILM sites.
- Initiate efforts to build consensus, resolve conflict and align people.
Strategic and Systems Management:
- Strategizes, schedules and negotiates any schedule changes and rebalancing directly with shows
- Team restructure and brainstorming to improve day to day workflows
- Global Jira and Confluence administrator, creating dashboards and workflow systems to remove bottlenecks.
Forecasting, Budgeting, development and hiring:
- Forecasts show allocation, hiring and budgeting for Pipeline TD Engineers support based on historical crewing statistics, show approach plans, meetings with production managers, and development discussions with CG Supervisor and production.
- Partner with the Studio Technology Manager in overseeing additional initiatives.
