I was the shareholder of this company. My major responsibilities were preparing of municipal drawings for residential and commercial buildings for Kathmandu municipality, Bhaktapur municipality and Lalitpur municiplaity. Ensuring all the paperwork and drawings completion on time for easy working of the projects. Conducting property valuation for A class banks in nepal such as NIC ASIA bank, Agricultural Development Bank, Prabhu bank etc. Construction of residential and commercial buildings approved from the municipality.

My major responsibilities included the inspection of works carried out by the contractor and consultant, inspection of the design and construction works, preparation and implementation of specifications/standards for quality assurance of construction works with reference to the construction site, develop the monthly progress report, working schedule for reporting, implementation and work completion on time.

Worked in GIETC-RAMAN JV project of reconstruction of Dharahara tower which collapsed in 2015 earthquake in Nepal. My responsibilities were solving all the technical issues regarding the demolition and reconstruction of Dharahara tower and preparing weekly schedule, progress, productivity reports.

Ensuring quality and conducting construction works as per design and drawings.

The major duties and responsibilities were :

1. Preparing working schedules, progress reports and conducting weekly meetings for the project.

2. Construction supervision, quality control and monitoring and evaluation the project progress.

3. Coordinating with client, contractor and other concerned parties for smooth execution of the project.
