I source acquisition opportunities on the buy side: I analyze companies within a sector, then identify potential acquirers — firms looking to expand through M&A — that would want to buy them. I built a Software named Equity Lens to automate this process and give more accurate screening using real-time market data and other company factors.
A driver-safety startup building AI that keeps drivers focused on the road. Its first product, the Attentia DM-1, uses on-device computer vision to detect drowsiness, phone use, and distraction within milliseconds and alert the driver before a lapse in attention turns into a crash. All processing happens locally on the device, so video never leaves the car. Attentia's aim is to take driver-monitoring technology normally reserved for commercial fleets and make it affordable for everyday families — the DM-1 sells for $165, a fraction of the cost of comparable fleet systems. The company debuts at CES 2026, raised over $500k and starts shipping out in August 2026
