Full-time working with the city of Grande Prairie Enforcement services contracted through Apex security.

Responsibilities

• Working with the Community and the business to keep both of them safe.
• Transporting needed people and Vulnerable populations to Shelters and Hospital.
• .Conducting proactive patrols (in a marked vehicle and on foot) and Familiar with the dispatch system and Report Exec.
• On a daily basis locating and removing encampments and seeking help from the Mobile outreach program to provide occupants with housing.
• Completing Daily reports and daily paperwork such as tracking files and upholding bans.
• Closely working and assisting Peace officers and RCMP if needed.
• Last but not least Removing people with the use of force and arresting them if necessary.

• Remained calm, assertive, and mindful to think critically and problem solve during stressful situations.
• Worked as a Security guard supervisor at the mall whenever needed with a motive of helping whole team.
• Completing daily reports and updating files such as Ban files, creating digital files and statistical Analysis for monthly basis.
• Dealing with theft, removing trespassers and solving conflict between customer and tenant's with a professional demeanor.
• Adhered to established procedures and posted orders to enforce company rules, policies and regulations to general public.
• Communicated with security team and building supervisors using two-way radios, mobile phones.

• Worked front counter, drive-thru and other areas.
