Led Agile delivery for the integration of Amazon’s Logistics Portal with Cargojet’s internal cargo tracking and dispatch systems to provide real-time visibility of customer package movement.

• Guided a cross-functional Agile team through end-to-end API integration of Cargojet’s internal systems with Amazon’s 3PL portal, applying Scrum practices to ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitated all Scrum ceremonies and ensured all sprint delivery cadence remained consistent across the integration timeline.
• Collaborated with Amazon's technical team to understand API documentation, response structures, and data mapping requirements.
