Handled bookings and sales on a POS system integrated with a 3rd party partner.

• Assisted with the needs of the Pro Shop such as applying golf grips, modifying times or bookings on the fly, washing and cleaning golf carts as they come and go through the day.
• Opened or closed with float or closing total duties depending on the shift.
• Submitted proposals of minor changes to existing systems using past experience, some of which was implemented quite quickly.
• Handled the general needs of the 800 members. A steady flow of conflicting duties come up throughout the day and to adequately meet their needs, fine attention to detail and multi-tasking is necessary.
• Maintaining the golf carts comes with fueling, checking fluids, filling tires, and I've utilized some experience I have in mechanics to recover carts as they break down on the course, saving a tow.

• Opened the retail location and grew my team of 10 to over 40. Experience in building and creating policies, procedures, and departments within a parent organization for efficiency. A focus on clear guidelines and employee training kept numbers accurate while growing, allowing smooth transition as we onboarded new staff and created new systems as new ideas came up. Our employee retention was above 90% after year one.
• Managed daily finances, atm, product tracking, production, sales, logistics, and security.
• Provided leadership to a team of supervisors, floor support, sales associates, and production associates. Maintaining a schedule of between 35 to 45 full and part time employees, efficiently balancing staffing needs with payroll expenses.
• Dealt with cash sums weekly in 6 figures, utilizing spreadsheet tracking and employee training to keep discrepancies effectively nil. This was also true for our weighted products.

• Duties included hourly checklists, water treatment & testing, balancing dozens of systems for various needs throughout a shift.
• Maintained water and steam systems for sterilization, heating, cooling, and air handling of all units in CBRH.
• Worked with experienced individuals in coming up with procedures for maintenance, or repair of newly installed systems or equipment.
• Developed a great solo work ethic due to being the sole engineer during a shift. Capable of working under pressure with measured urgency.
