● Develop and articulate operational strategies to enhance efficiency and financial
performance across the region, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
● Exercise a high level of oversight and responsibility for the fiscal health of all restaurants
within the region, including revenue and sales growth, cost management, and
profitability.
● Facilitate strategic and operational planning sessions with ROMs, providing guidance
and mentorship to develop their leadership skills and business acumen.

● Act as a trusted and effective liaison between ROMs, franchisees, and the RVP,
effectively managing communications and ensuring alignment with the organization's
broader strategic objectives.
● Assess and manage risks within operations, implementing robust strategies and
procedures to mitigate potential challenges.
● Support and oversee the successful launch of new locations and the efficient
changeover of existing ones, ensuring a seamless transition and continuation of
operations.
● Conduct regular, strategic operational reviews during restaurant visits to ensure the
effective implementation of company policies, standards, and initiatives, while
maintaining a strong leadership presence.
● Enable the development of Corporate Restaurant Managers, fostering an environment
that encourages growth, development, and succession planning.
