· Interacting with residents and following occupational health and safety practices and procedures.

· Providing a positive environment and developing a reputation as an efficient service provider with a high level of accuracy.

· assist with everyday routines and/or personal care, and foster social and interpersonal skills, leisure and community involvement, independence, and self-esteem

· Assistance with the administration of medication, medical appointments, and healthcare procedures.

· Provides assistance in all needed areas as directed

· Creates a community wide environment that protects the confidentiality of the residents, Team Members and activities of the home

· Protects their own health and the health of other by adopting safe work practices, reporting unsafe conditions immediately and attending all relevant in-services regarding occupational health and safety

· Promote and uphold the participants' rights, dignity, well-being, and safety

· Encourage participation from individuals' relatives, volunteers, and other natural supports
