• Handle and address customer's complaints and concerns

• Estimate and order supplies and ingredients which are required.

• Plan menus and determine related food and costs.
• Ensures all cash handling procedures are upheld.
• Collaborate with designers and planners to create project specifications and blueprints.
• Address project related issues and report to the management to avoid any delays in the project.
• Prepare and evaluate the bills of materials and recommend construction materials as per standards.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Communication with clients about the budget, planning and progress report of the project.
• Oversee the daily construction activities and coordinate with other technicians, engineers and suppliers.
• Conduct environmental studies to ensure the proper use of land and water resources and monitor the quality of soil to maintain the structural integrity of the buildings.
• Ensure the implementation of safety standards, regulations and guidelines of National Building Code.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team in the correct use of equipment and materials.
• Oversee a team of site supervisors in conducting and evaluating land surveys and safety audits.
