
I have worked in the customer service industry for 5+ years. I have experience in communication and time management. I have delt with more then 100+ customers a day to answer customer enquiries and resolve customer issues with patience in an efficient and timely manner via in person, email, and phone. I provide support to customers with a goal of ensuring they have a positive experience with the company’s products and services.
I work with an after-school kids program where my job is to create a positive, safe, and engaging environment for children during after-school hours. My responsibilities include planning and leading fun and educational activities, assisting students with homework, and ensuring each child feels supported and cared for. I work collaboratively with other staff members to create an atmosphere that encourages learning, creativity, and personal growth.
