• Communicated with parents of student via webchat, handled student's concerns and offered assistance, paying attention to special needs or wants.
• Recommend and introduce relevant courses according to students' needs.
• Recorded each student's information and keep to update.
• Collected student's feedback and understand their preferences to enhance learning experiences.
