Attend to last minute scheduling to fulfill operational needs;
Conduct ferry flights on Company aircrafts for the purpose of reposition or maintenance;
Conduct test flights for the purpose of maintenance rectification, in conjunction with Maintenance personnel;
Prepare and organize aeronautical information appropriate to the flight for the purpose of flight planning and decision making;
Arrange dispatch resource or self-dispatch;
Critical thinking and decision making.
Ensure all flights are authorized and released per company SOP and CARs;
Ensure smooth & efficient flight operations over different aircraft fleet;
Provide flight watch and weather watch during operational days;
Provide fuel and ramp planning to ensure smooth operations;
Handle customer service (Student/Charter inquiries);
Exercise operational control on behalf of the Chief Flight Instructor;
Better operational system for safety and efficiency;
Hire and train flight dispatchers;
Schedule flight dispatchers according to operational needs;
Administer student files for licensing purposes in conjunction with Transport Canada Authorized Person(s);
Ensure efficient student admissions;
Handle student-instructor relations;
Other administrative responsibilities assigned by the Chief Flight Instrutor or the Accountable Executive.
