In my experience working in customer service and with children and young adults from diverse backgrounds, I've learned that patience is one of the most important qualities to possess. I've been providing customer support for many companies since 2016, which has allowed me to develop my experience in this area. For instance, over the four years I spent working at two call centres, I developed outstanding customer service skills and learned how to connect with customers, respond to their issues, and handle complaints. I've gained knowledge on how to work independently and with others. My capacity to deal with people from all backgrounds and my case management skills have both improved because of my work in the field of customer service.
