· Prepare, raise and submit RFI (Request for Inspection) including all required attachments and document such as shop drawings, checklist and other related requirements documents prior to execute each work activities.

· Coordinate with sub-contractors regarding all ongoing progress works to meet the target key dates.

Attends coordination meetings and progress meetings with top management, subcontractors, employers, and consultants.

· Disseminate latest information / approved plans or drawings to all parties and support to ensure all works are implemented based on latest agreement/approval.

Implement health and safety in accordance with the company safety rules and regulations, in line with the client safety rules and policy.

· Ensures the Company, Client and Government regulations and safety requirements are meet accordingly.

· Supervision and inspection of tunnel works like rock bolt installations, drilling works (post grout drillings, blast hole drillings) blasting and mucking works

· Site inspection and supervision for civil construction works and ensure that the work is as per the project specifications and issued for construction drawings/final approved drawings from clients.

· Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality of standards.

· Coordinate with subcontractors and clients for smooth flow of works.

· Ensuring that the safe work practice is strictly implemented on site.

· Preparation of daily, weekly work schedule and submission of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.

· Make risk assessments/ job safety analysis in civil works performed inside a live gas and oil plant

Conduct a request for inspection to the client for every civil work done. Disseminates the work schedule and plan to all site supervisors and foremen (main contractors or subcontractors).

Implement health and safety in accordance with the company safety rules and regulations, in line with the client safety rules and policy.

Attends coordination meetings and progress meetings with top management, subcontractors, clients, and consultants.

Coordinates to the Construction Manager, Senior Engineer, or directly to the Design Team for any drawing or design discrepancies or issues.

Apply for a permit to work in civil works and repairs inside the Banyan Cavern Storage Services (BCSS) plant.

· Prepare estimates and direct cost of the project.

· Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly report.

· Plan and Execute project accomplishment are always ahead of schedule.

· In-charge in direct supervision of more than 100 workers.

· Attend meetings with the client in submission of progress reports.

Compute and make a bill of quantities for project progress claims.

Attend project biddings that are published by the Department of Public Works and Highways.

Prepare the weekly, monthly project budget request for payroll for workers, materials, and heavy equipment.

· Supervision and Monitoring of the whole project to ensure the quality and safety standard procedures are complied.

Strict implementation of the company policy.

Plan and strictly implement the inventory of materials and tools in the project.
