• Established excellent rapport with the clients and guided them appropriately at every stage of the case

• Drafted notices, plaints and written statements on behalf of the clients and sent the same to the respondents

• Collected case history, legal documents, medical reports, police reports etc. for gathering more information

• Negotiated on behalf of the client with the plaintiff / respondents / defendants and their solicitors for out of court settlement

• Performed title deed verification, examined related documents, provided legal opinion and drafted agreements for various Banks including , Agreement for Sale and Sale Deed and Power of Attorney.
