Currently I am running and managing my own skincare company. My role includes marketing, managing finances, human resources, organizing events, managing records, distributing etc. At seasons retirement home, I played the role managing residents’ files and coordinating their daily activities, personal services, hospital appointments etc. As a Customer Service Coordinator at Karol Supplies, I assisted several customers make informed choice of products by offering them alternatives that were best suited to their needs. At Custom Baptist Church, I volunteered in taking care of children with different behavioral needs and challenges while serving as a mentor and Child-Care Support Officer. This role enabled me to develop interest in caring for children with special needs. Also as a Customer Service Coordinator, I assisted in maintaining customer confidence through excellent customer service delivery and educating customers on a variety of product offering. As Administrative Assistant, I provided support to the Head of Finance in preparing invoices, following up with age receivables, answering telephone calls at the front desk and attending to ad-hoc customer needs. As Trainee Press Officer, I assisted in conducting several media research on the various facet of PR affecting the Organization and assisted in managing the staff new letters, the website, and the intranet.
