  • During a 6-month expatriation mission assignment at the multi product Douala Factory in Cameroon. Successfully managed implementation of Nestle's continuous improvement initiative (TPM). Achieved 100% synchronization of all TPM pillars and 100% implementation of roll-out plan, helping the factory to increase in Factory Asset Intensity by 10% and to pass the phase change assessment to move from a phase 0 to a phase 1 manufacturing facility.
