It is an International Organization Where my duties were:

• Handling International Clients mostly from UK and USA.
• Reviewing and Analyzing each and every data set of our client and provide them valuable data.
• Making presentations for clients so that tasks can be easier for both sides.
• Training new employees in this organization (if necessary) as an experienced associate so that they can understand client perspective easier.
• Working with a team of 16 employees where I have to communicate and discuss our individual works.

It is a Bangladeshi supermarket where my duties were:

• Managed and supervised stock of the products.
• Assisted the customers in finding desired products.
• Managed front desk/cashier’s responsibility on request.
• Attended a workshop on “Employees’ responsibility and behavior.
• Achieved sales goals and service targets by cultivating and securing new customer relationships.
• Volunteered for extra shifts during holidays and other busy periods to alleviate staffing shortages.
• Recommended complementary purchases to customers, increasing revenue.

It is a dessert shop:

• Provided courteous, friendly service while multitasking in fast-paced environment.
• Remained focused, calm and professional during peak rush hours.
• Adhered to health and safety standards while handling food and beverages.
• Greeted guests warmly to foster welcoming environment.

During my university life I participated various voluntary works to enhance my communication skills and knowledge:

• Worked as an In-charge at NSU ACM-W Club (Operation & Promotion).
• Worked as a mentor of web Design and Development for North South University ACM-W SC .
• Worked as a volunteer In-charge for Inter University Girls Programming Contest
• Worked as an organizer for North South University Debate Club .
