· Handle customer service requests through voice, chat, and email

· Handle customer service requests, customer complaints, assisting customers with placing orders, reshipping orders, processing refund, calling customers to upsell our company’s bath, aromatherapy products, helping customers to place order through the phone, checking their order through our company’s tool

· Under certain circumstances assisting my team lead with customer issues by staying on the call with them
