Hi, my name is Milla,

Observant, good at communication, and flexible are aspects of my personality.

I used to be a server and sales during university, dealt with a lot of customer complaints. For example, customers complained something did not meet their needs. So, apart from apologizing and compensating, I reconfirmed the customers' demands or gave more professional suggestions.

As a chinese school teacher, I‘m able to work morning and evening shifts and I am adaptable to commute to work every day.

Besides, “flexibility” is the key I’ve learned from the job.

Because of the flexibility, I can go with the flow in any situation, and have ability to work under pressure.

And resolving crises in reasonable ways is also my capability.
