Biography

  • During agronomy college I dedicated myself to research and publishing articles in the area of

    medicinal plants. After graduating, I dedicated little to the agronomic area, working for a short period with environmental licensing, which did not bring me professional challenges or achievements. So, looking for new inspiration, I started studying gastronomy, which became my great professional passion, taking countless courses, experiences and innovations.
  • I dedicated myself intensely to working within gastronomy, obtaining my greatest professional achievement when working at the children's shelter, Nacer, in Manaus-AM, Brazil. There I worked directly with children of all ages, creating menus, teaching cooking classes (for children and adults), creating culinary festivals to raise funds and holding gastronomic events for homeless people. In parallel, I had vegan food and bakery companies, gaining a loyal and vast clientele in some cities where I lived.
  • In addition to professional work, I am proud of the countless volunteer work I have carried out throughout my life, with stray animals, children and homeless people in vulnerable situations.
