• Oversaw the planning of large-scale conferences around the U.S. in the sports and entertainment industries, primarily on the operational execution of events, project timeline management, and partnership/client relations.
• Main projects included Arena Alliance events, Pollstar Live!, Venues Now!, and sustainability conference at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, WA.

• Managed the planning, budgeting, and execution of Climate Pledge Arena events for the WNBA Seattle Storm, NCAA Seattle University Men’s basketball, concerts, special events, and VIP activations.
• Determined all logistical needs, communicated and coordinated necessary services for the Guest Services, Security, Ticketing, Transportation, Food & Beverage, and Concert Merchandise Departments.

• Project and production management and implementation of the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon, U.S. Open of Surfing, and World’s Strongest Man.
• Vendor and sponsor sourcing, partnership relations, strategic outreach, lead generation, project timeline management, budget management, research & industry analysis, and development of event and sales materials.

• Assisted coordinators, executives, and agents in the brand consulting and basketball divisions of the sports department.
• Contributed to talent and brand client-projects that included research on current target markets, data dives, and assisting in development of client pitch decks and tracking grids.

• Provided programmatic and administrative support to the Chief of Thoracic Surgery and Advanced Practice Providers; a team of 30 Nurse Practitioners and Physician’s Assistants.
• Management of practitioner onboarding program, training and credentialing, and complete event planning, organization and production of the CT Division’s Annual Visiting Professor Lectureship.

• While pursuing a MBA, assisted the Director of UCAM Sports Management University in Master program projects, editing lead of UCAM Sports University website, marketing/promotional tasks including analyzing Google and Facebook Analytics reports and creating new website content to enhance overall social media presence across multiple platforms to increase reach to an international target market.
