Charge Nurse (Independent Living Community – 350 Residents)

• Serve as Charge Nurse for a 350-resident independent living community, providing clinical oversight and on-demand nursing care
• Perform comprehensive assessments including vital signs, condition changes, and focused evaluations
• Administer injections and prescribed medications in accordance with physician orders
• Provide skilled wound care management, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring for healing progression
• Respond to resident health concerns and triage appropriately, ensuring timely intervention and follow-up
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in resident health records
• Promote resident safety, infection control practices, and regulatory compliance

• Perform both clinical and administrative tasks, schedule appointments, preparing patients for examination, maintaining medical records.
• Assist in providing quality care by ensuring patient comfort, explaining procedures, answering questions, and offering support during visits.
• Administer vaccines, obtain vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, pulse) to assist physicians in patient evaluations.

• Efficiently managed loan application and closing documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
