• Providing both low and high risk obstetrics services.
• Performing wide scope of gynaecological, including vaginal, minimal access, open, elective and emergency, procedures.

• Used cost saving pharmacy services, and had other internal support services such as general surgery, internal medicine, psychiatry, and physical therapy.

Performed duties for a senior clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology fellow:

• Participated in on-call rotation for both low, and high risk obstetrics, working in collaboration with midwives, in a busy Obstetrics service with about 3000 deliveries a year.
• Ran outpatient hysteroscopy clinics; Postmenopausal bleeding, and One Stop HMB clinic, performing outpatient hysteroscopy, biopsy, polypectomy and IUS placements, and endometrial ablation.
• Contributed in a variety of subspecialist clinics including uro-gynecolocy, gynecological oncology and delayed fertility. Involved in complete assessment and generating management plan.
• Performed and assisted in a variety of gynecological surgical procedures, including minimal access vaginal procedures, laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures.

• Obstetric daytime duties including labour ward, elective operating, ward cover and support and clinical expertise in maternity day assessment units, along with antenatal clinics.
• Gynaecology services including scanning in early pregnancy and acute gynaecology unit, elective surgery, general gynaecology outpatients clinic and specialist clinics including menopause, and Rapid Access clinics.
• On call duties covering Obstetrics and gynaecology in evenings, weekends and nights as resident on call.
