Addison Komarniski

As a Pathfinder, I help with a Spark Unit, with girls who are 5 years old. Our weekly meetings I help the girls participate in games and crafts. I help the leaders plan activities that the girls would enjoy.

This year, I help the unit sell cookies, go ice skating and a trip on the c-train.

As a Guide, I was a junior leader for a Spark unit in Rutland Park. The unit met on Monday nights. As a Guide I helped to plan activities, games and crafts that were of interest to the girls. By volunteering I was working on my Lady Baden Powell Award, which is the highest award that Guides can earn.

I planned a lead a 1-hour meeting, where I had the girls build structures from recycled materials. We played minute to win it games.
