Responsible for responding to maintenance calls in a food production setting proactively and efficiently in a timely fashion, Having to diagnose, troubleshooting, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, electrical equipment. Replacing high voltage motors and equipment while practicing safe lockout techniques maintaining hazardous material up to state and federal guidelines standards (oil, hydraulic oil, bio hazardous material.) Maintained and operated company's wastewater system. Maintained lift stations, pumps, motors, blowers, and C.A.F unit in operation. Making proper chemical dosing and loading up tanker trailers with waste sludge via pneumatic pumps. Daily collected water samples for city and filled out chain of custody documentation. While maintaining high quality S.Q.F strict guidelines all throughout my duties.

Entering analytical data into software services pertaining to contract obligations. Repairing treatment equipment as well as calibrating equipment. Taking water samples at multiple sites and delivering samples to laboratories. Maintaining analytical data to help with chemical treatment. Properly maintaining all company equipment including vehicles and heavy equipment afforded to us. Driving from site to site. Diagnosing pumps, motors in all sorts of relevant equipment used in water treatment, distribution, and wastewater.

HVAC residential and commercial architectural sheet metal, gutter, stainless steel installer, fabricator.

Lab process control/samples, contact chamber, oxidation ditch, and clarifier, maintenance and repair of pumps and all equipment related to what was mentioned above. Not including the field irrigation system and SCADA control system. Maintaining landscape as required seasonally. I also used heavy equipment such as John Deere tractor with front loader and manure spreader, Bobcats and John Deere dozers. Just to mention a few of the responsibilities, referenced above. I am also certified as a grade I water treatment operator by the California state Water Board.

Maintain production efficiency to all microchip departments by means of maintenance support. As well as plumbing and very basic electrical and any and all support required to maintain high standards.

Maintain the structural integrity internally and externally of 360 plus apartments including but not limited to minor electrical, floor care, plumbing and beautification. Maintain clean grounds around parking lots and around units. Clean and maintain two swimming pools and equipment.

Attend customers in any needs concerning customized exhaust systems. Such as bending and complete fabrication of desired needs and wants of the customers exhaust system. Customer service, inventory, and mig welding.
