Greetings, My name is Adam McDonald, I'm a young 36 year old step father to 2 amazing kids and partner to my amazing gf. These 3 individuals is what I'm fighting for and applying for to be able to provide for one's family is more important above all else. I'm new in Bowmanville but have over 8 years of customer service experience and marketing, sales and retail experience I single handed ran an entire construction rental store and rental fleet. I am able to connect with multiple people and companies at any given time to ensure they are completely satisfied with the service or products they needed. One of my toughest challenges in life was dealing with the fact I'm adopted and how that had impacted me in life growing up. How I over came it is simple life is unfair but truly everything happens for a reason and we all have our role to play, in my case not having actual mom and dad around helped me strengthen myself and those around me to be better to prove they don't define whom I am or will become. The last 3 books I dove into were the Harry Potter series, they are just so uplifting and strong books they have a lot to teach. I currently left my job because there was no room for advancement and myself being a grower in life I do not like stalemate I always strive to do more and grow and overcome. I'm basically a Jack of all trades I have a few years in construction, contracting, landscaping, industrial work and residential work, and I am definitely a powerhouse worker I have one speed and that's how fast a boss or manager wants me to go.
