  • Documented and resolved issues with Bently Nevada vibration measurement of critical rotating assets (Compressors, charge pumps, etc), which reduced spurious-trips and improved on-line machinery health assessment.
  • Worked with coordinators, survey contractors and Union Maintenance teams to correct radar-level gauges on 26 tanks, establishing a maximum measurement error of 1/4" (6 mm). This improved operations' confidence in product measurement, reduced maintenance costs and resolved inventory reporting challenges.
  • Used Smart Diagnostics on custody-transfer flow installation; Identified low-confidence (problematic) components, and rushed replacement parts to support repair inside major-outage window. Correction of this measurement resulted in a system-balance for the first time in 13 years.
