I am a seasoned Team Leader with over 15 years of experience working within the Canadian Armed Forces across two separate occupation roles: an Infantryman and a Communicator Research Operator. I bring expert coaching and mentoring skills to those I work beside and I use the EDIP methodology of instruction for standardized, predictable, and quantifiable training. As a leader, I put my team's professional requirements ahead of my own. I cultivate operational successes by building trust within the team and through cross-training. As part of my lifelong goal of always learning, I am currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce from the Telfer School of Management. Pursuing a specialization in Human Resources Management, this training will amplify what I do best: helping people reach their full potential. I am always deeply committed and passionate about any position I take on, and armed with my business degree, I look forward to seeing what new opportunities are in store for me next.
