Adam Janiak

Throughout the years of my career as a CNC Machinist, Real Estate Salesperson, and my experience in Developmental Services Work. I have learned to work in a team environment, as well as working individually. But the greatest trait I have learned over the years was to be compassionate with everyone I work with whether it's someone I was training as a machinist, or helping a client making a purchase on their forever home to being a Developmental Services Worker. I have learned and understood I have a deep connection to the ones I work for and love to assist people in the career's I've been through. My recent interest in choosing Developmental Services Work has a deeper meaning to me, where I can create long, everlasting impacts on people that I believe I am well suited for. I love to bring joy to people's day and create relationships that go far beyond the job. I would be honored to have the opportunity to be chosen to work with Community Service Living as it's something that fulfills me more than anything. To bring happiness and joy to the ones around me is more impactful to me as an individual and would love to be apart of the team.
