1. Tutoring, mentoring, and supervising student research work at the Cross River University of Technology has given me more understanding of intensive research. 

2. During my master’s program, I worked closely with international students from diverse backgrounds, which gave me a wider understanding of people from different cultures.

3. At Industrial and General Insurance (IGI), I led a team of 7 to generate high premiums. I was responsible as team head, underwriting new policies and negotiating with old and new clients. 

4. 2017–2021: Executive Chairman Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH) Nigeria Alumni Association, Cross River State Chapter. 

5. 2008–2009: Represented School of Management Students as a Member of Parliament, Student Union Government (SUG), where I contributed by sponsoring bills for effective student welfare and management attention to the University environment.
