● In 2010 selected to be one of three Police Officers to represent the Edmonton Police Service on the Chief's African Community Liaison Committee(to-date)

● In September 2009 selected and hired by Edmonton Police Service as a Recruit in Training. Successfully graduated as a Constable.

• Project Rwanda:
• Traveled to Rwanda as a Country Director to set-up US funded Project Rwanda office in Kigali Rwanda
• Identified on-going project bottlenecks with partners (US Government funded organizations working in Rwanda)
• Identified suitable locations for the project’s future office
• Recruited staff for the said office
• Procured all necessary equipment and maintained current logistical budgets
• Coordinated all the visiting Directors’ visits.

• Responsible for recruiting and training store staff
• Prepared and learnt / trained from store audits
• Implemented Head Office policies
• Team building initiatives to enable staff retention and maximum profit of store.

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of service delivery for clients and individuals with developmental disabilities
• Managed an average of 10 group homes, all staffed with Coordinators and an average of six front line staff
• Responsible for budgeting and liaising with the City’s PDD (Persons with Developmental Disabilities) Coordinators, to maintain funding for clients.

• Tailored a courier service for a several Shoppers Drug Mart stores.

• Rendered logistical services to my clients; property management, procurement and managed payrolls
• Managed a staff base of 25 people
• Recruited, hired and trained administrative personnel for clients that were required for short-term, in-house job placements.

• And subsidiaries in Ken-Bur and Transit Cargo Masters in Kenya and Tanzania, Former Interfreight Panalpina's
