Achalla Olami

Ottawa

Summary

I have always thrived in a fast-paced environment and always ensure quality of care for my patients. I have developed excellent healthcare skills through working as a PSW in long term care, through my clinical experience within my nursing program. Along with my recent experience at Ottawa Inner City Health where the main focus is to reverse Fentanyl overdoses, and provide health care to under served communities. During my free time after graduating from nursing school, I was able to work as a volunteer in a midwifery ward in Juba, South Sudan. This experience taught me to adapt and give quality care despite circumstances and limited resources. I believe this unique experience gave me valuable skills to thrive in the nursing profession.
