As a weekend volunteer for a nonprofit organization/club, I refined my customer service skills as a food court assistant. In this area of work, my responsibilities were as follows: I would set up our stock of snacks and food also counting our stock. I would set up our cash register for the day. When it came time to serve our customers, I would gladly and responsibly take their orders while maintaining a calm and relaxed mindset. During our day, I would keep the workspace as tidy as possible during rush hours. At the end of the events, I would help clean up and pack up our stalls and equipment in a safe and clean manner.
