Accomplishments
In 2000, I directly supervised my team of 10 to surpass agreed target by 21% in sales a across Lagos and southwest states during Project Planet Introductory Activation of New Rothmas Pack.
2004 in Industrial Development Communications Limited, I championed a Change Management as a structured approach to transitioning individuals, teams, and organizations from a current state to a desired future state using both organizational change management processes and individual change management models.
I created change management strategies via readiness assessments by engaging senior managers as change leaders, building awareness of the need for change via communications, developing skills and knowledge to supporting the change via education and training, maintaining and sustaining the ‘Change’ via measurement systems, rewards and reinforcement.
In the bid to avoid sanction from Nigeria Communication Commission over dirty data during subscribers’ registration in August 2015, MTN Nigeria engaged Abelinis Limited and four other agencies to tactically activate re registration of affected subscribers. My team (Abelinis) through our relentless efforts, swiftness to execution and dedication was able to deliver 48.2% of the total clean data generated across the country within time frame without compromising on quality. The exercise remains the most challenging in my professional sojourn till date as I had to manage large executive stakeholders with real time analysis report daily whilst still overseeing operations, initiating change configuration and monitoring control
I am particularly excited about how I have been able to inspire and motivate my team to achieving exceptional results over the years and how they have grown to have enviable relevance in our industry
