  • Addressed a mentally unstable and a very violent customer whom no one could approach to hear his concerns reach a conclusion and liaise with his landlord at DF & Co.
  • Took the initiative and volunteered for my team to propose future sourcing strategies, analyzing the demand and supply of properties at DF &Co. My proposed analysis was in line with what my department already had.
