• Utilized computer systems to manage cargo shipments and accurately track shipments.

LAX Airport Starbucks Barista / Trainer

• Greet and welcome all passengers and customers entering store in a friendly and memorable manner
• Politely and accurately take customers order to avoid any mistakes on customers order or beverage.
• Provide correct amount of change if it is a cash transaction.
• Prepare a wide variety of handcrafted beverages including: hot, iced, and blended beverages.
• Warm up pastries, breakfast, and lunch food items
• Restock all store items as needed: ice bins, milk, cups, lids, syrups, etc.
• Store closer make sure all equipment used is clean, washed, and sanitized
• Clean food display case, clean ovens
• Wash down wall, counter tops, and refrigerators
• Prep all things to ensure a smooth opening shift the following morning
• Train newly hired baristas how to succeed in the role

Passenger Service

• Provide passengers with help and guidance
• Answer all questions in regards to locating a gate, different terminal, ground transport. Anything to the best of my knowledge to provide passenger with an easy going experience.
• Direct exiting passengers to the exit, ensure no one is allowed back in after exiting doors

• The Barista role consists of creating a wide variety of hot and iced beverages including, espresso drinks, frappuccino ice blended beverages, iced teas and refreshers. All handcrafted beverages made up to Starbucks quality and standards. Working independently but also as a team in a fast paced environment to execute all cafe, drive thru, mobile and delivery orders.
• Cashier greets and welcomes all customers. Creates best moments. Accurately inputs orders in POS system. Ensuring a new fresh batch of coffee is brewed every 30 minutes. Prep caramel bottles, brew hot teas, make whipped creams. Grab warming including pastries, breakfast and lunch items.
• Customer support restocks all supplies as needed to ensure smooth running shift. Restock ice bins, milk and juice fridges, powders, fruits, syrups, etc. organize mobile orders, package up delivery orders. Check lobby is clean and replenished every 30 minutes. Floor is swept, trash is empty, tables are clean, lobby items restocked, as well as restrooms.
• Pleasantly interacted with customers during hectic periods to promote a fun, positive environment
• Listen carefully to customers requests to create personalized delicious beverages.

• Cashier removes all clothing items off hangers, remove all hard tags and security alarm tags from clothing. Bag up all purchased items as you scan each item. Double check inside purses, backpacks, travel luggage for any hidden merchandise inside. Moving at a rapid pace to avoid long lines and prevent unhappy customers. Double check bills to avoid any counterfeit money.
• Sales floor working in your assigned department. Making sure everything is organized and looks presentable. No items on the ground, no clothes hanging off hangers. Checking for opened or damaged items. Go back items to be organized and returned to their designated department.
• Jewelry assistance making sure jewelry door is locked at all times. Demonstrating any piece of jewelry the customer has requested to see or try on. Ensuring correct limit amount of jewelry is being shown at a time. Placing items in a jewelry bag and on hold if customer would like to purchase an item. As well as providing a designated ticket number for their items once they are ready to check out.
• Maintained store visual appeal to engage customers

• Merchandise prep prepares all clothing items for sales floor by applying price tags and security alarm tags to clothing. Hang or fold clothing in an eye catching, appealing manner.
• Fitting rooms ensuring correct limit amount of clothing pieces are being tried on. Make sure fitting rooms stay clean throughout the day. inspect clothing ensuring clothing is in original shape and condition. Check for any damages or stains. Wipe down fitting room mirrors. Mop fitting room floors every closing shift.
• Sales floor organized clothing by size, style, color, etc. Each piece of clothing has its designated area/ section. Make sure clothing items are being restocked if we have extras of the same item in the back room. Bring out new clothing, dress mannequins with new styles accordingly with the seasons and latest trends.
• Organized racks and shelves to maintain store visual appeal, engage customers, and promote specific merchandise.
• Assist customers with any questions. Suggest items you feel that particular customer may enjoy for their occasion.
• Engaged with customers effectively to help find the perfect outfit.
